With all respect to Agent Lupus, the phrase ‘a wolf in sheep’s clothing’ is not of that operative’s devising. It is the triumph of ovine propaganda - disseminated with consummate psy-ops artistry by sheep, whose sheepness below their sheep coats is thereby discounted as threat.
